How can I stop checking my jaw?

I have just realised that I have got into the habit of clenching my jaw. I've been getting headaches and they are probably the result. How can I break this habit?

As a quick fix try putting your tongue on the roof of your mouth. Longer term, deep breathing exercises every day.

I do this and bring my teeth at night. On the recommendation of my dentist I have just had Botox in my jaw muscles to relax them. I will know in a few weeks if it has broken the habit.
