Anyone know what this is?
Had a multitude of tests through GP bloods etc.
Symptoms are misshapen fingers with extreme joint pain, slight temp, weight loss with stomach bloating and wind (sorry) bone crushing tiredness I really can't stress how tired I am.

All the paperwork telling me they had referred me had cancer stuff all over it.

Doesn’t the blood test CA125 show pre/cancerous markers (I’ve never been personally been subject to it but heard some fibroid suffers get speeded up with this CA125 test comes back high)

I had one of the stools test come back putting me in the 2 week pathway or urgent pathway as they now like it known, had the colonoscopy and was then dropped from the queue as quick as in it (thank goodness) as they could see from the colonoscopy it wasn’t cancer, the hospital really flapped about it as they criticised the GP for not subjecting me to a physical examination of the back passage, but I imagine the GP had very good reason not to and it was quite an eye opener as to how GP surgeries are disregarded and then pot calling kettle black the hospital before the colonoscopy tried to say it was return of an anal fissure that I was formally treated for like 2 decades ago.

Like I say markers removed quick from records about the urgent pathway for and week 5 of 10 waiting for results. (IBD or more IBS if I’m lucky) I’m hoping I get somewhere more then 18 months on after first complaining about an unusual symptom. ((praying))

It is the 2 week wait pathway which is when they need to rule in/out a cancer diagnosis. It's not to say they definitely think you have cancer but if you have symptoms that could be caused by it, they need to refer you on the urgent pathway- where you are supposed to be seen within 2 weeks- to rule it in or out. Wishing you all the best and hoping it all comes back clear and you get some answers soon.

Shows inflammation I think, which fits with what I originally thought which was an auto immune disorder like my mother and brother. Rheumatologist dismissed me because my joints aren't swollen and said its osteoarthritis because I'm 'very loose jointed'

What's next?
