Iron deficiency rapid test

Been feeling really off lately very cold headaches , pins and needles just tired the list goes on doctor is making me do a blood test next week but I decided To pick up a rapid iron test from boots and mine is saying I have low iron I know these things can be incorrect but who has done one and it was correct for you here's a pic of my results

No line on the test line means low iron two lines means normal iron levels

I didn’t know there was rapid tests for iron, thanks for the info.
Don’t supplement before you actual blood test, I hope they are also testing thyroid, B12 & folate.
Low Vitamin D can also cause a lot of symptoms but is rarely tested now because they know so many people are deficient so just advise to supplement.
If they say your results are ‘normal’ do check the actual figures to see how they compare to the labs reference ranges. You can still be hugely symptomatic at the lower end of the normal range and would benefit raising levels, but would be unlikely to get any kind of prescription if the dr deems them ‘normal’.

I did one of these and had one line. I went to doctors and was tested and diagnosed low ferritin (9) but normal blood iron.

@TooPreciousToDoIt your welcome its only £7.99 and i'm trying not do take anything but I feel soo horrible I just want to feel better but I will hold off as much as I can until my bloods are tested
