Help with any advice please

Hi there all so I have got suspected endometriosis and have a scan to confirm this on a few weeks but is anyone here who has been diagnosed help me with symptoms as it surely can’t be this bad every single day.. the symptoms I have are

1. pelvic pain even when not on periods
2. leg aches every day
3. bowel issues like mucus from bottom (sorry if tmi)
4. when I do have periods it lasts 2weeks
5. inner thighs aches a lot
6. bloating
7. fatigue
8. mood swings
9. bad spots on my face

I have stage 2 endometriosis and have symptoms you've listed there, I get bowel issues, leg pain, heavy periods, painful ovulation, bloating, abdominal pain and pressure, even when not on periods. What scan are they doing? My ultrasound showed something on my ovary, but when they did a laparoscopy my ovary was fine, but there was endo on my womb. Good luck x

im having a 60 min vaginal ultrasound apparently its a endo scan
