Hello. I has blood test at the start of the year as I had upset stomach. Was told raised amylase 180 and that I likely had gallstones. 2 scans show no gallstones. Most recent blood shows 267 amylase. I'm getting lower ab pain but been told ibs

Anyone able to help advice what I should be looking at asking

I had blood tests last year as I was feeling really odd - spaced out, almost a bit drunk, felt a bit numb/tingly all over. Thought I had a B12 deficiency as that had been a bit low the previous year (although nothing done about it). Amylase came back as 180. Repeated following month and was 360. GP referred me for ultrasound as suspected gallstones (I did have pain in my upper back which I didn't link). Ultrasound was negative. Had upper abdominal CT done privately which showed a mass on my pancreas so had an MRI to check. Reported as a focal fatty change so nothing concerning. GP referred me to NHS gastroenterologist based on the amylase as they suspected pancreatitis. Had a phone consultation, ordered more blood tests for autoimmune pancreatitis which was negative. Gastroenterologist said I probably just had IBS and try a FODMAP diet. No explanation for original symptoms. A year later I still have the same symptoms. I'm so exhausted all the time. Feel weak, spaced out, no motivation and mood is terrible. Upper abdominal and upper back pain, don't tolerate rich/fatty food. I've asked the GP for a private referral as the NHS gastroenterologist was so dismissive but I'm not actually sure what else it could be if not gallstones or pancreas...
I'm not sure what in my original GP consultation made them check amylase (never had that checked before)

I've had a ct scan last year and 2 ultrasounds in the last few months. The only thing showing is a cyst on my liver. I'm now wondering if its to do with my severe ibs. I have seen a private consultant so I've messaged to see him again as my Gp wants to see me but I can't get an appointment for nearly 4 weeks time.
