With holiday season here, might be useful info. I needed dyoralyte for oh's upset tum. Dioralyte equivalent in Spain is called Cito-oral. It's a lemon flavour sachet to mix with water. Pharmacist didn't know Dioralyte but she knew 'electrolyte' and was able to help. Thankfully her English was better than my Spanish!
