I have had these for last few years , now more and more, on abdomen and breasts. I hate them. They make me feel horrible. Have been GP who said DPN / sebhoric keratosis totally benign and to live with it . Does anyone else have these ? Tood
more common on people with colour. I have tried castor oil without any lucky. Any suggestions / pics would be fab x

I just pick mine off like unwanted scabs.
I've only had 6 or 7, though.

Can you lovely ladies with these uploads pics, I have them all over my stomach and breasts. I feel like I have more than anyone on the planet and panicking it’s something underlying.

You’ve been told what they are OP by the doctor. If a doctor can’t reassure you, no one on here will be able to. Go back to the GP for a second opinion if you’re not happy. They are very common and the older you get the more they appear…

I have these between my thighs. They started off in a small area and have multiplied! I had a spray tan recently and this has shown up more behind my knees, on my bra line. I’m thinking they probably show where there’s friction and sweat. Yes, they look grim…it’s part of being 40+

I’m 32
