Please help im worried feel like i got a lump in my throat wen i swallow my saliva and got pale little patches on back of throat

That does sound like tonsillitis I'm afraid. It's really painful isn't it? Do you have any soluble aspirin? I know I couldn't swallow tablets when I had it. I hope you feel better soon.
