Exhausted… Hematocrit low but iron normal?

So I’ve been getting this for years just periods of absolute exhausting, aching limbs etc bloods always the same low Hematocrit and normal iron (it was low once after having my DD). The GP says Hematocrit irrelevant and my iron is fine. Has anyone else had this? I’ve been leaving it but I’m starting to wonder if this is the cause. I’ve just been putting me down to being a tired person. I try iron supplements but they give me awful constipation.

Did they test B12 & folate?
Thyroid?
Vitamin D? (Many don’t anymore as most people have low levels so just say to supplement)

What was your ferritin level? Iron needs to be above 50, preferably above 70. Iron bisglycinate has better bioavailability and less side effects, so no constipation.
