Coeliac disease

I am wondering if it is worth me getting tested for coeliac disease. Only symptoms are low bone density (-2.3 hip and spine but have a naturally small frame) and I have always had dark circles under my eyes. No GI symptoms at all. Is a test worthwhile based on these symptoms?

The only problem is that I recently cut down on bread and starchy carbs to improve peri symptoms. I also don't eat much processed food. My main source of gluten is probably around 6 of these rye thins a day which I calculate have probably around 0.7g of gluten in total (24g with 3% gluten). Would this be sufficient for a positive test?
