I'm trying to get a GP appointment for today but no luck so far. I'm not sure what bit me but now it looks like this, about 2 weeks later. Worried it might be lymes disease but I didn't see a tick and they normally have to be attached for a while to cause infection I think.

looks very like a horsefly bite I had a few years ago. I had antibiotics for it.

@KickHimInTheCrotch
I’d get that checked out ASAP. Even if you can’t remember seeing a tick, it could have fed and dropped off. It does look like the typical bull’s eye rash of a tick bite.
If you can’t get a GP face to face appointment, try for a phone consult and emailing the photo.

Some chemists can now issue antibiotics for such things, I'd get that seen today if you can.

I think it looks more like a reaction to the bite than a bulls eye.. ouch looks so sore. Hope you get seen. You could look up plantain poultice for some relief if painful.

Thanks guys I managed to get seen and they prescribed anti biotics for lymes disease. The bite developed throughout the day and became more "bullsye" like and its remained like that since. Its not particularly painful but itchy AF.
