Ulcers/spots on uvula

Has anyone had this? Had them for nearly a month (that I have noticed) on uvula (dangly bit at back of throat). Did have a viral sore throat a few weeks ago but since gone. Now just scratchy throat and aware of swallowing. Prone to health anxiety (manic worrying) and google says either post nasal drip, extremely run down or throat cancer. Sigh. Will book GP app but seeking any one else who may have had the same?

Multiple ulcers/bumps is usually either viral or irritating e.g. reflux or post-nasl drip, not cancer.

Go see your GP but I wouldnt be worrying in the meantime

Yes, normally just either post viral or irritation, but still worth a visit to the gp

Nurse not concerned and said to go back in a few weeks if still there.
