Calpol on day 2 after 8 week jabs

Hi!
We had the 8 week jabs yesterday and my twins are doing well other than a fever, I gave the recommended doses for the first 24 hours after the jabs. Can i give another dose or two today (day 2) as they still have a fever? they are eating and peeing/pooing fine, just sleepy.

Yes it’s fine to give it, they will feel much better having it than not.
