Something for the knackered?

I have two young kids, a household to run and a job. Standard stuff. I’ve just turned 43.
I’m knackered! I sleep quite well but wake up feeling I’ve had next to none. I exercise regularly but my body aches. There seems to be always something. A bad back. A chest infection. A runny nose. I take a multi vitamin.
briefly mentioned this all to the GP who said it’s normal. Friends say they feel the same.
So my question today would be to you all, any suggestions on how to improve things? Anyone had any success with a supplement? Or a particular type of exercise? Thanks x

Take extra vitamin D and magnesium.
Even if your vitamin D levels are ‘normal’ they should ideally be higher than the minimum. Also it sounds obvious but how is your diet? In a similar situation and I eat too much crap to keep going. I’m not overweight at all but I feel better when I make an effort with food. I’m time poor so some nice prepared salads or ready meals are better than me having a snickers to keep going.
I work compressed hours so barely stop at work. Hopefully you will feel better soon.
I would get a blood analysis done (possibly privately) to see if you’re low in anything. The NHS is not useful for unspecified feeling a bit run down.
