MRI results say

‘ These do not appear to significantly
enhance post-gadolinium ‘

what does this mean if anyone understands it more then me ?

means they do not enhance much more after the contrast is administered

Before they wrote this. It was describing the cyst I have and measurements on its walls

This has an
enhancing peripheral wall with maximum thickness of 3 mm. It does however have frond like thin
internal septations measuring up to 3 mm in diameter. These do not appear to significantly
enhance post-gadolinium.

It's a statement of fact. You will have to discuss the implications of the scan with the doctor who ordered it.
