Reoccurring rash/spots in 3 year old

Hi
just wondering if anyone has had anything similar.

My wee one had her booster MMR back in March. About a week after the vaccine she came out in spots/rash (pictures below). It didn’t look like a typical MMR vaccine reaction rash and actually looked more like chicken pox but they cleared in a couple of days and weren’t itchy etc and no other symptoms.

Since then every day she wakes up with at least 1 of these spots somewhere on her. They are red with a small bit of white pus in the middle or just red and raised.

Been to the GP a couple of times and just get fobbed off. She was given an antihistamine but it’s not made any difference. Today she has woke up with quite a few over her body.

She’s not unwell at all with then, says they’re not sore or don’t itch. Just want to get to the bottom of it as when they flare up the nursery are asking questions as they think it’s chicken pox and want her to be kept off but they definitely aren’t. The bigger ones she’s had as well have left dark marks when they’ve cleared up.

Anyone any ideas? Have added some pics below.
