Keep getting chest pain

Over the last few days, I've had two instances of chest pain. It's on the left, under/behind my boob. Pain down my left arm too. It lasts about 10 minutes and I can't inhale deeply in that time because the pain worsens. It's happened in the past but not for a long time. I've got an awful memory but I think I went to A&E once for it, maybe in 2019. I think I was monitored for abit and then sent home because I was fine. I'm going to call the GP tomorrow but has anyone else had this and how did it turn out?

Does it feel like heartburn? I had these symptoms and it turned out to be heartburn. It even radiated up in my jaw, so I was scared it was a heart attack! You can't be too careful with chests though, and we do present differently to men, so if it gets any worse I'd call 111.

That's interesting. It doesn't really feel like heartburn but I guess it could be. I haven't had heartburn for over 5 years when I was pregnant so maybe I've forgotten what it feels like!

I’ve had very similar and it was diagnosed as Costocondritis which can feel like a heart attack sometimes.

However, seek medical advice immediately first assuming it’s nothing serious.
