Pregnant and terrified

Hello, I'm currently pregnant 12 weeks, I've recently had eye appointments as I see static in my vision which I can only describe as visual snow syndrome. The scans on my eyes are normal etc, but they want to do a MRI on my brain, he said he can't diagnose visual snow without the MRI. I'm absolutely terrified. Has anyone else been in this situation before? Or had scary symptoms but MRIs normal? Just want to settle and enjoy my pregnancy. I know no one can tell me everything will be fine but just reassurance, Thanks for reading

Any update? I was diagnosed without an mri. So odd that they want to do that. It does get better.

Hello, nope not yet scans where ok, had to do them again though because they wasn't completely clear, but he said not to worry, it's just to basically back them up, if something was wrong causing the static because apparently brain tumours etc can cause it I don't know, so they want to just make sure nothing else is going on, I noticed it years ago so I have no idea just worried as usual

Do you struggle to see sometimes with it? I seem to struggle to see sometimes n have random floater and all sorts it's draining but my anxiety makes me worry more because I havent been diagnosed makes me think it's something life threatening
