I have had terrible diarrhoea for the past 36 hours or so and have been eating very plain food and following all the usual advice. Normally, I'd ride it out and wait for the bug to be flushed out. But I have a family funeral on Thursday which I just can't miss. I've bought some Imodium but was wondering if anyone had any advice on when would be the best time to take it? Wait until later tomorrow maybe? Thanks in advance.
