Shut arm in door

So I shut my arm in clothes recycling bin door earlier. It hurt. I now have a lump on my forearm, pain - not agonising and can move arm and hand. My arm throbs and i have pins & needles in my hand. It's likely to just be bruised isn't it?

If get it looked at OP .., could be nerve or muscular damage that's not yet apparent due to swelling etc

Those doors are bloody heavy.
