I felt off today. I had diarrhoea before going to bed which I thought was odd. couldnt sleep long. Woke up with about 2 hours sleep feeling off, hot and cold, and a bit nauseous, and here I am. I’m sure I’d feel better if I could get some sleep, but not sure how much I’ll get. I’ve been sipping water, and am feeling dry. I’m not sure if I’ve caught something going round or just eaten something that’s gone bad.
i have been I’ll in the past and “managed” by sleeping and drinking a lot with dioralyte.
I know about cream crackers and ginger beer, but is there anything else I could buy to make this easier for me
