What does pancreatitis feel like?

So for the past couple of months off and on I’ve been getting a really weird pain. Right in the centre of my stomach, about 2in above my belly button, about half way between th bottom of my sternum and belly button.

at first I thought wind/constipation, but it doesn’t move and feels too high. It’s sore, constant, and seems worse if I move in a certain way. It stays in that one spot and doesn’t radiate. I have a “lumpy” sensation but I can’t feel a lump, although things do feel a bit solid. It eventually goes away and I forget until
it comes back.

googling has led me to possible pancreatitis or gall bladder issues?

it doesn’t feel bad enough to see a dr, it’s not bad pain. Almost feels like a pulled muscle, that type of soreness.

I had it once and it was extremely painful and didn’t come and go - are you getting symptoms after eating fatty food ?
