I've had lower back pain for coming up to a month. I've seen an osteo twice, seen a physio, done the strengthening exercises he recommended (am doing them daily), have been getting up from my desk and walking regularly...and still no better :(
What's confusing is that a few days, randomly, the pain will be very minimal. Then it'll flare up again. So it's just not seeming like a recovery. Am starting to worry it'll never go (I know, I know, being dramatic). But it's really getting me down. I've worked hard on my posture and wfh setup and it seems pretty optimal to me.
Any success stories? Maybe it just takes a bit longer?
