Did I screw up the Plenvu?

Got my colonoscopy on Monday morning & prep stuff in the post. Been a busy (& miserable) week & I thought I'd read the prep stuff fully 😬

Ate dinner tonight & thought I'd check what I need to do tomorrow evening & now realise I should have been eating low fibre from yesterday! Today I ate a handful of skin-on chips, mango puree, fresh tomato salsa (!), beef mince & rice!!

How big of an issue is this likely to be?

I’m no expert but I reckon if you follow the instructions for the drink properly then you will completely cleaned out of what you ate today. So, should be fine.

@ElsieandMavis That's what I was assuming, it sounds like a thorough cleanse. Maybe it's to make the process easier to change diet two days prior? Urgh, should have just read it properly

Good luck. The drink isn’t pleasant but it is bearable. Remember to insist on sedation for the colonoscopy and that will be fine too.

@ElsieandMavis Thank you. The nurse on the phone was quite clear 'there are no prizes for bravery' & to have the sedation lol. Total opposite advice I got for the gastroscopy & that traumatised me badly.

You should be just fine - my DH did the same and had an "excellent prep" note in his colonoscopy report.
Yes, it is a thorough cleanse (from personal experience). Good luck!

Well I guess a glowing review of my empty insides is something to look forward to?

I've just posted, actually, cos the Plenvu is already working & I've only just finished the first drink. I expected it to take longer

Absolutely, you want a glowing review of your empty insides!
Comparing notes with DH, it worked slightly differently for the two of us. The end result is what matters.
