Nurosym, has anyone bought one and does it work?

I keep seeing Nurosym advertised on Facebook however it is expensive but if it works I would gladly pay the £600 price to help deal with stress.

Haven't tried it myself and unfortunately can't due to cardiac implants however following out of curiosity

Raising this Zombie thread as I was going to post and ask the same question!
