Can anyone please tell me what this rash might be? Pic included

I can’t get an appt this morning and I’m working today, I’ve had itching on one side of under my chin for weeks but small and contained to one area, doctor said it’s allergies maybe and to take antihistamines, which hasnt helped tbh.
This morning Ive woke up with this which has spread everywhere on my neck and under my chin, they’re flat so only feels slightly bumpy not proper spots. It’s v itchy and I’m horrified, please anyone? What could this be?

Go to the pharmacy and get their advice also take Pirton liquid which can be taken multiple times a day. Antisan cream is excellent too.

I'd be going to the pharmacist for advice.

Folliculitis, especially if it's itchy

Went to pharmacy and they didn’t know so gave me a stronger antihistamine and said to go to GP so will try them next week, really frustrating. It’s very itchy

They do look like hives potentially to me - or what my hives look like.

Antihistamines are good - the only one that does anything for my skin allergies is acrivastine.

You could try some calamine lotion to see if that soothes the itching at all.

Otherwise, cold is the thing that helps most for me - ice packs or cold cans of drink in a pinch work for me. But cold can be the trigger for others, so be a little careful initially

I would try and see the GP next week if you are able to, as it’s been spreading
