I had open surgery to remove a cyst from my liver in October 2023. I have a long scar going sternum to belly button and then round to my waist.
ive just been on holiday and probably exerted myself more then I have since surgery including jumping in the pool. I’ve had noticeable discomfort around my side scar since - I know it takes up to a year to recover - could I have hurt myself 7 months on?
