I do it throughout the day without realising and at night but I have a mouth guard for wear at night

Same here. I have tried meditation, massage, various mouthguards and eventually spoke to my dentist about botox. He referred to to a private dental clinic for a free consultation. I went for the treatment after this. It's not cheap but it is life changing! No more morning headaches, no more muscle build up and the discomfort that that also causes.

I do this too. Botox didn't work for me. I'm on medication now which helps the constant headaches, but I'm still clenching/grinding.

It’s so odd - I only started doing it when I was pregnant (my little girl is 1) and now I just can’t stop

I am the exact same! I started doing it whilst I was pregnant also. My daughter is now 5 😭

I literally can't stop doing it.

Interesting. I started cheek biting when I had my little one and 5 years later, I still do... There's a name for this, obsessive body repetitive behaviour or something..
