Dyshidrotic Eczema

This is driving me mad. Great lumps coming up on my fingers and the palms of my hands. So painful. I know why. It's stress and I am trying to deal with that separately.

I've seen the GP about it in the past. He gave me Fiducin, which did no good at all. I can't be arsed to wait 4 or 5 weeks to see a GP again. Can anyone tell me what has worked for them please?

My daughters go to is an over the counter hydrocortisone cream and a really decent moisturiser (I think O'Keeffe's working hands is the one she likes best).

Do antihistamines help? You can double up on OTC antihistamines quite safely (according to my GP who advised me to so for an allergy i was suffering from)

Never tried anti histamines. Good shout!
