I also take them and agree completely. Just can't shift the weight.
Why don't you go down to one for a week before stopping them, just to give your body more time to adjust

I was on 150mg twice daily until recently having taken them for over a decade. Decided to come off them myself. Did three days of one tablet then stopped altogether. It was rough for five weeks. Physically ill the first week then very very low for the next four. My appetite has changed since - much less - and I've definitely lost some weight.

Awww thanks for the reply hun glad your feeling better now since comming off them it was a long time for you to be on them it’s the only thing that helps with my nerve pain and I am scared to come off but I can’t be on them no more I stop completely on Saturday and I’m dreading how it’s gonna make me feel around the kids etc but I know deep down my nerve pain is permanent damage so don’t know how to cope with it I can manage day time hot weather doesn’t help me it iratates the foot but night time as soon as I am in bed my body relaxes the pain kicks in then it’s a night in the bathroom with my foot in cold water
