I was reading Greg Wallace has given up 3 things; UPF food, snacking and takeaways.
Has anyone one tried no snacking ? I think occasional healthy snacks of nuts, hummus , fruit are fine but I'm absolutely hopelessly addicted to chocolate and crisps, sometimes several times a day , this has been for my whole adult life and also had an 80's childhood of rubbish food and snacks.
I'd like to cut down on crisps and chocolate and maybe just have them as a limited weekend treat.
Anyone got over the addiction?
