So adult dd has various health issues, mainly autoimmune but is on rivioxiban following multiple blood clots in her lungs.

she has not felt well for two years and GP has been very uninterested even when she said she felt she was internally bleeding.

she lost a lot of fresh blood out her bum the other week not associated with bowel movement and she took a photo of all the blood and I assume must have sent it to the gp

she got a phone call from haematology today telling her to come straight there. So went. They’ve done lots of blood tests. Told her she’s internally bleeding and needs to come off the blood thinners as it’s not safe.

dd says they want to start her on non chemotherapy chemotherapy. So something normally given to cancer patients. Dd has to go back in a few days to see “a cancer doctor “. Apparently she now has a special alert on her computer record so she skips the queue in the hospital pharmacy and gets priority as she’s classed as a chemo patient

Oh and he said he think’s something is wrong with her hormones and that’s what the medicine will be for.

she hasn’t got the medicine yet. Needs to see the cancer dr first.

I mean it doesn’t sound like she has cancer does it?
