Help from Celiacs

Ten years ago I tested positive on a blood test for celiac disease, however endoscopy biopsy said negative. I carried on eating gluten.

6 months ago I developed chronic migraine and decided to cut out gluten to help with that.

interestingly by cutting out gluten, not only did it help the migraine, some joint pain eased and so did my brain fog.

Two weeks ago at the weekend I fell off the gluten free wagon. I ate things like crumpets, sausage rolls, cake and bread. After 3 days I got diarrhoea and a nagging pain on my lower left bowel area.

i stopped the gluten however I have not been right since - I’ve had constant diarrhoea (sorry tmi) - this pain in lower left will not go away, I been exhausted, my stomach sounds terrible as soon as food hits it, last night I was almost sick. Brain fog off the scale and joint pain returned.

Does this sound like a full celiac flare up or an intolerance sensitivity? It’s quite severe and I’m just over 2 weeks in and there is no signs of it easing……
