Blood test results?

Hello everyone!

I am a 25 year old woman and have a 2 year old daughter.
I am usually all well in myself however in the past two weeks I felt dizzy sometimes and had a headache lots of times. My blood pressure is a bit low in the past weeks and sometimes my heart beats were a bit high.

Also my periods have got very very irregular I still havent got them since 2 months. (I am not pregnant).

I spoke with the gp last week and they arranged a blood test for me.

Today I called to find out about the results and they said that some are normal but some are not and that the doctor would like to discuss this face to face. This scared me a lot and my appointment is on Friday so I am not sure how to make it until Friday.

I have received my results per email and there are 2 topics marked in red.

One is red blood cell (RBC) count which the result is 4.9 10*12/L
The other one is Mean corpuscular volume (MCV) which is 81 FL.

Does anyone have any clues?

Thank you!

Are you on the NHS app? You can see all your results on there and little links which explain what the results mean

Borderline anaemia

Both results are within normal reference range according to my app, but your MCV is towards the lower end of the scale. The screenshot is from one of the links in the app, under your blood test results. So it's probably something as simple as anaemia.
