when should babies start brushing their teeth?

DS is 8months and has 1 tooth. Should I be brushing his tooth morning and night?

just let him play with the tooth brush in the bath to get him used to the feel of it.i would try to clean the tooth somehow, maybe a flannel on your finger or muslin cloth, but i wouldnt worry about a tooth brush just yet.

I got a baby toothbrush at first and let ds play with it and he got used to it really quickly and loves it now(15mnths) He also gets to watch his sister(4) and its so cute watching him trying to spit.

My dentist said just getting them used to using it early is half the battle and slotting it into your usual bedtime/morning routine so that its second nature to them.
