Period late but not Pregnant

I am 5 days late but definitely not Pregnant. Anyone experience this.

Do you know when you ovulated? If you’re not pregnant then it’s more likely you ovulated late, and so your period is late .

I'm 7w pregnant now and we didn't have sex this month after my (heavy, crampy) period. I'm pregnant from sex in last month's cycle. Are you sure?

It’s very common. Causes can be anything from being stressed, exercising a lot, not eating properly or just random.

Is this really the first time your period has been late? Do a pregnancy test if you’ve had sex on the last few months but most likely stress.
