DH said he could feel something different in my vagina

I have just had a feel around and there seems to be something pushing on the back wall. I can push it away and it doesn't hurt. It's starts about an inch up and then goes upwards.

Anyone else had this?

Hate to be crude - could it be you have a thinned wall between the rectum and the vagina? If so it's a poo....

rascalboys · 03/04/2008 19:55

oooh- How would I know about the thinned wall?

It doesn't feel like a poo, it's thinner and pointy at the end

Well - being a bit gruesome - when you next do a poo have a feel afterwards (I can't believe I'm saying this in public!) and see if it's different

And off to a well woman clinic would be my next suggestion

loopylou6 · 04/04/2008 12:29

i'd go with gagarin, its poo

KatyMac · 04/04/2008 12:32

Me too - sorry - I have a rectocele

If you wait & the poo comes down, it can rub the skin in your vagina & make it sore - so make sure you don't get consitpated

loopylou6 · 04/04/2008 13:33

and also, when you need to go the toilet, make sure you go immediately coz if you dont it gets caught in the rectocele and is a nightmare to getout and makes the lumpy bumpy things worse

KatyMac · 04/04/2008 14:17

Ditto that comment - that's a much better way of explaining what I was trying to explain - it can really hurt

rascalboys · 04/04/2008 15:59

oh my oh my oh my!

Thanks girls!

There isn't actually a lump in my vagina, but if I push on the back wall there is definitely something there, if I then tense my muscles I can't feel it.

Right...next feel will be after a poo!!
