How long for antibiotics to start working for dental pain?

As above I have an infection and need 2 root canals

When I had an infection on a wisdom tooth they kicked in within hours. If they haven't in 24 hours I'd get a different type

24 hours to see a slight change and within 3 days to fully sort the pain and resolve it
