Any ideas what this rash is?

Morning! Just as the title says really. What is this rash? It's on my 18 year old who's away at uni. It's not itchy, he feels well in himself. It's all over his body, spreading down arms and something strange is happening to his face! May need to zoom in... little pus filled spots.

I can’t see anything other than it looks a bit red. I’d try antihistamines as a start

Did he notice a herald spot? Basically a large spot that showed up first? If so could be pityriasis rosea.

Could be heat stroke, an allergic reaction, could be a STI rash. I’d advise him to take an antihistamine and see if it helps and then book in for a blood test.

Thanks both. Sent him to get antihistamines! x

Possibly a heat rash. Was he out in the sun yesterday?

I also think possibly heat rash. Antihistamines and calamine lotion.

Has he been getting very hot and sweaty?

Also potentially allergic reaction to something, was he lying down on grass for example or has he used a new sun cream etc.
