Does anyone else get lumps in the cartilage behind their ears that come and go? It's like little swollen nodules in the cartilage of varying sizes. They're painless until I notice them and bump or scratch them by accident, in which case they do hurt.
They go away on their own and reappear at random. No pattern to it. I wear glasses, could that be causing it? I've had this happen for as long as I can remember.
