Lump on neck

Was recoding a video earlier then just sat looking through it when I noticed a lump on my neck. Now I've freaked myself out and need some reassurance 🥺

Hi try stay calm any lumps and bumps do need to be checked by your doctor they are the only ones that can give you reassurance if it feels soft and moves around it could be a lipoma ( a fatty non cancerous tumour) but book an appointment with your doctor

Could it be a swollen lymph node? Have you been feeling under the weather at all recently? As soon as I’ve got the slightest hint of a cold or anything the glands in my neck go up and can look like a bump

Best to get any lumps and bumps checked by the GP though as suggested above. It’ll put your mind at rest in the long run

Might be a goitre. Try not to panic as it can take a while for these things to be checked out x
