RBC result

[Higglings]

I waited 5 weeks for a blood test.

The results have come back but now I have to wait 7 weeks for a telephone appointment.

Is anyone here able to read this red result for me please?

It’s so frustrating to wait for ages for the test, then ages again for the follow up appointment.

It’s impossible for people to really understand your results. The GP will be able to talk to you about symptoms and your health history, but if it was anything worrying, they would have found an earlier appointment for you.

Sorry not to be more helpful. I know it’s worrying, but most blood tests have something out of range and it rarely signifies a bigger problem.

I'm not a doctor, but recently had FBC and the range on my results is 2.81-6.49, so you'd be normal here! Not sure if that's reassuring or not.

Thanks for replying, I guessed it wasn't urgent but I just wanted to l now what it might mean.
