Burny head/scalp pain

I've suddenly got a woerd.heschavhe, it almost feels like my scalp is burning on the surface but also feels like a weird headache. Not super painful but burny and annoying. I have quite bad health anxiety and OCD, I've been doing well lately but this is triggering me into a meltdown. What could it be that's not to bad and nothing to worry about. I know I shouldn't be reassurance seeking but I can't settle at all or think what could be causing it

Could it be shingles? Maybe see your GP.

I would expect shingles to be a lot more painful though?

Sunburn

I know what you mean, OP. I get it too on occasion and quite often when I was younger. It will pass.

PP could be right about sunburn too, please wear a hat.

I've had that happen when I've had an allergic reaction to a hair product. It went away on its own after a while.
