Can anyone have a look-see at my blood results please?

I've recently been to see an endocrinology Dr.
She had some blood tests done and I've just had the results via the NHS app.

I'm just wondering if anyone can give their opinion on the levels etc. before I next see them, avoid any big surprises possibly??

Thanks

Well, I am a historian, not a doctor, but your TSH is too high and your FT4 too low, so you are pretty much hypothyroid. Next time I would be asking for TPO and TG antibodies to be checked for possible autoimmune thyroid disease. As a result, your total cholesterol is a little high and the individual results there out of balance. Also, your HbA1c has crept into the diabetic range, so you will need to look at diet/exercise etc with a view to bringing that down again.

I can't comment on the sex hormones other than to say they don't seem to be quite where they should be.

Dare I ask why you are seeing the endo? How do you feel?

Basically I've had a excess hair growth on my face neck , so saw a doctor c.20 years ago who said probably pcos.
Sent me for scan and then heard nothing back, found out I was pregnant and pretty much, didn't think much of it.

I was prescribed vaniqa cream to help deal with the facial hair.
Had that for years!
Then a different doctor (had moved areas) queried the vaniqa as it's expensive.
Had blood tests, then was allowed it again.

Before Xmas I was getting low so put in a repeat for my cream and was told absolutely not.
So was referred for the first time to endocrinology.

These blood tests are from the first appointment.

I don't know if anyone will contact me about them or what??!
Or if I should contact gp??

I'm 45 female btw!

Thank you.

Not what you’re asking OP but if the creams critical to your mental wellbeing and you can afford it would it be possible to get an online prescription for it?

@CleverCats I've just had a quick look and it's £80 a tube, and apparently discontinued due to a drug shortage 🤷‍♀️

The results on the first photo show high cholesterol, with the ‘bad cholesterol’ parts too high and the ‘good cholesterol’ parts too low. They also show pre-diabetes, though only just in the prediabetic range it does mean high risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
