Sick note dates

I got a sick not for work yesterday and am a bit confused about which date I need to go back. It says it’s for 7 days or from 07/05/24 to 13/05/24. So does that mean I go back on Monday the 13th or Tuesday the 14th?

7 days would include 13th so back to work on 14th.

The dates are inclusive. So rtn Tuesday.
