My right palm is so have tried number over the counter remedies, but it's still not great
Any ideas, please 🙏

That looks painful. Have you spoken to a pharmacist? And tried a cream containing urea eg

I find a really thick moisturiser like epaderm onintment helps and I wear it under gloves at night. I also use it to wash my hands with instead of soap. My GP has prescribed me Betesil plasters in the past too, they are plasters with steroid in them, you can cut them to size to fit. They help to.
