Sore inner thigh buttock area

I sometimes get sores around I’m guessing the inner thigh/buttock area and possibly from chafing. I walk a lot.

I’ve got some anti chafing cream/lube and also something for sores if there are any.

So yesterday I came home from a standard shop and short walk to find blood (not period) when I wiped and the right buttock inner thigh but can’t quite pinpoint the exact spot feels sore. What is it? What can I do?

Can you take photos of the area so you can zoom in and examine what the issue is? Can someone else have a close look for you? Magnifying mirror?
It could be something as simple as a pimple that keeps getting the top rubbed off.

I can’t take photos of the area easily. No it’s not a pimple as far as I know.

I sort of realised it was soreness between the vagina and anus area this morning after washing and showering.

In fact, and this is on me. I’m menopausal and can be a bit dry down there. I am on HRT. Apparently I can get cream to help with vaginal dryness so maybe that’s what it is. If necessary the doctor can look at it.

You need Ovestin/ estriol cream. GP on prescription- don’t need appointment in person if menopausal. Or private order £25 Superdrug or similar. It’s a game changer.
