Pain in the Lower Back, Back, and Feeling of Illness During Exertion

For the past week or so, I've been experiencing a problem where, when I engage in physical activity and my heart rate goes over 100 beats per minute, my back and lower back start hurting. I also feel like I have an internal temperature, even though when I measure it, it's a normal 36 degrees Celsius. I feel weak and somewhat unwell, almost like I have a stomach issue. And I have headache

Then, when I lie down and rest, it completely goes away, and I feel strong and okay again. But the next day, when I do something physical or play sports, it comes back. And it's been happening in this cycle. I'm 29 years old and I do a lot of sports. I have scoliosis, but I haven't had this issue when I exercise.

Additionally, the joint on my right thumb, where it connects to the hand, has started hurting. I don't understand why. It hurts when I press on it. And I also have pain when pressure is applied to the temple area closer to my nose above my eye.

A month ago, I had a sinus infection with yellow mucus, and at that time, my lower back also hurt. But it went away after a week.

I don't understand what this could be; it doesn't make sense to me. Have you experienced anything similar? Do you have any advice? Thank you very much.
