Spots on fingers

I've had these spots/sores on my fingers for a week, does anyone know what they can be?
I work in a pre school and we have just had slapped cheek go around, I'm wondering if it could be some sort of relation to it!

Hand foot and mouth maybe?

I may pop the chemist later and ask them.

Do they feel hot? I used to get these as a teenager but have no idea what caused them.

Could it be chilblains?

@Andthenigoandspoilitall I've looked at chilblains, I was actually freezing at work last week and my hands always get cold, so maybe.
I tried the chemist this afternoon, but the queue was huge 🥲

I second chilblains. They can look just like that. Try a bit of 1% hydrocortisone on them? (after confirming with pharmacist, perhaps?)
