Swollen lymph nodes in cheek?

My DH has a slight lump in his cheek, no redness or pain and it can only be seen under certain lighting. The lump is below his cheek bone, it’s not near his ear. I’m wondering if there are lymph nodes in the cheek that can swell or become visibly noticeable? Or if anyone has any idea of other causes?

Can you post an anonymised photo OP as there aren’t any lymph nodes in the area you describe.

Sounds more like a swollen gum if it's no where near his ear.

There are glands in the cheek which can swell if infected, from my own experience

But mine developed quite noticeably and was very uncomfortable
